Now, learn how to add that same classic anaglyph 3D effect to text! Using Photoshop\u2019s Blending Options, this effect is incredibly easy to create. You can <a href=\"https:\/\/adobe.prf.hn\/click\/camref:1100lrdjJ\/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adobe.com%2Fproducts%2Fphotoshop.html\" title=\"Get Adobe Photoshop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">get the latest Photoshop version here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>The document setup<\/h3>\n<p>Start with a new Photoshop document. This ensures you're viewing the document at actual size, allowing you to nudge the text exactly one pixel at a time.<\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pe-images.s3.amazonaws.com\/type\/effects\/cc\/retro-3d\/view-100-percent.png\" alt=\"Choosing the 100 percent view mode from the View menu in Photoshop\" width=\"284\" height=\"108\" \/>\n<div class=\"image-desc\">Going to View &gt; 100&#37;.<\/div>\n<h3>Step 7: Offset the text to the left<\/h3>\n<p>Use the <strong>left arrow key<\/strong> on your keyboard to nudge the text away from the original. Each press moves the text one pixel. To move it 10 pixels at a time, hold the <strong>Shift<\/strong> key while pressing the arrow key. <\/p>\n<p>Notice that the text appears red in the offset areas. Move the text until you're happy with the spacing (around 30 pixels works perfectly here). A popular alternative to red and cyan is green and magenta. <\/p>\n<h3>Step 1: Change the red color to green<\/h3>\n<p>In the Layers panel, double-click the <strong>Blending Options<\/strong> icon on the top layer (the red text).
