1. All PDF eBook tutorials at Photoshop Essentials.com are and remain the property of Photoshop Essentials.com.
2. PDF eBooks can not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any way without the express written permission of Photoshop Essentials.com.
3. Your login and password information is for single use only. Your membership entitles one person only to be logged in to Photoshop Essentials.com at any given time using your login and password. Attempting multiple logins simultaneously with your login and password can and will result in early termination of your membership.
4. A one (1) month membership fee of $9.95 US grants you one full month of access to the PDF eBook tutorials beginning the day payment is received and will end 30 days later unless your membership is renewed prior to its expiration date.
5. A three (3) month membership fee of $19.95 US grants you three full months of access to the PDF eBook tutorials beginning the day payment is received and will end 90 days later unless your membership is renewed prior to its expiration date.
6. Memberships are not automatically renewed upon expiration. You will not be automatically billed for renewals.
7. While every attempt is made to ensure accuracy in the PDF eBook tutorials, Photoshop Essentials.com cannot be held liable or responsible for errors or omissions.
